Refund policy

All trading card sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

For products other than trading cards, such as NeeDoh, squishies, toys, and other merchandise, returns may be accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in brand-new, resalable condition. Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Eligible returns of non-trading-card products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers requesting an eligible return are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label. I do not provide or reimburse return shipping labels.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm that it meets the return requirements. The applicable 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for eligible non-trading-card returns.
