Products and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if incorrect information was displayed.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or incorrectly priced.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed and shipped.

Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has shipped. Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

All trading card sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

For products other than trading cards, such as NeeDoh, squishies, toys, and other merchandise, returns may be accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in brand-new, resalable condition.

Eligible non-trading-card returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping. We do not provide or reimburse return shipping labels.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
